How I help . . .

Early in my career I had an opportunity to step in at the end of an IRS audit to dramatically change the outcome…from a $500,000 balance due to no amount due. The company had been through an IRS examiner, the examiner’s manager, the IRS appeals agent, the appeals agent’s manager and was about to go to tax court. One telephone conference with Chief Counsel’s office in D.C. turned the result around.

This major positive result early in my career solidified my confidence and energized me to serve clients in this way into the future.

I discovered that I love shining a light in the Internal Revenue Code darkness to keep clients from being gob smacked with a surprise.

Decades later I have shone the light for clients with issues including international tax, multistate, accounting methods, transitional transactions involving partnerships, corporations, trusts and individuals and other complicated tax research projects.
