How I help . . .

Succession planning for agricultural clients is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work. I’m passionate about helping farming families develop thoughtful, strategic plans to ensure their operations are successfully passed on to the next generation. Too often, transitions in farming fail to occur—or are approached without distinguishing between management and ownership—leading to the unfortunate breakup of farms that could have remained in the family for generations.

I take pride in guiding clients through this critical transition period, helping them navigate complex decisions and maintain the continuity of their operations.

MEET TRISHA
"Having grown up on a family farming operation myself, I deeply understand the emotional and practical challenges these families face—especially when balancing fair versus equitable among successors. That personal experience drives my commitment to helping clients preserve both their legacy and livelihood."
