How I help . . .

My favorite type of work is assisting with succession planning for agriculture clients to help them create the best strategy for their operations to be transferred to the next generation. All to often farming transitions fail to occur and as a result a farm that could have been carried on through multiple generations ends up getting split up because the transition of management and ownership either didn’t occur or were treated as the same thing.

I enjoy helping clients walk through this transition period to keep their operations successfully operating in the next generation.
