Jami Benyshek

Senior Audit Manager
Hays, KS

How I help . . .

I help my clients through the audit process by ensuring they are following state statutes and governmental auditing standards. This can mean helping to get internal controls in place for new clients that may have not previously had them.

I work with clients to make sure all these controls are in place and information is correct to save my clients time and stress. When it comes to our non-profit clients, this can mean they’re able to obtain more grants. I also get to help consult with clients to ensure they’re staying within their budgets.

It’s the client interaction I enjoy most about my job. Some people are better at adapting and molding, but it’s our job to get everyone to be successful in their day-to-day operations even when we’re not auditing them.

“I’m a CPA with a strong knowledge of auditing and help make sure my clients are in line with government audit standards.”
