Learning, contributing and building connections along the way

A summer internship is a chance to explore where your career could take you, but it is also an opportunity to discover what kind of work, team and workplace bring out your best.

This summer, Adams Brown welcomed a new group of interns into offices across the firm. Over the course of the program, they have worked alongside professionals in accounting, tax, audit, technology, wealth management and other areas of the business.

They have asked thoughtful questions, taken on meaningful assignments and gained a better understanding of how the work they do supports clients. Just as importantly, they have built relationships with one another and with the people they work beside each day.

At Adams Brown, interns are treated as part of the team. They are encouraged to participate, share ideas and learn by doing. That may mean assisting with a client project, sitting in on a meeting, attending a firm event or talking with employees about the paths that led them to their current roles.

No two internship experiences are exactly alike. Each intern arrives with different interests, experiences and goals. Our role is to give them room to explore those interests while providing the support and feedback they need to grow.

We are grateful for the energy, curiosity and fresh perspective our 2026 summer interns have brought to Adams Brown. We hope their time with us has helped them build confidence, develop practical skills and form connections they will carry into the next stage of their careers.
