Michelle Schneider

Principal, Chief Financial Officer

How I help . . .

My role as the CFO is fast pace and always changing – every day is different!

I perform a wide range of duties for the firm, but I thrive on being an ally for our ownership group, as well as the service line and industry leaders. By providing management with timely, pertinent information, they are able to spend their time providing high quality advisory services to our clients rather than spending time on internal operations.

“I am not afraid of hard work and will do what is necessary to get the job done.”

Q&A with Michelle

What does above + beyond mean to you?
Going above + beyond means providing excellent service and acting in the best interest of the firm, our employees, the firm's owners and our clients.
What does being a strategic ally mean to you?
A strategic ally brings more than tax advice to the client. A strategic ally knows the client’s industry and helps the client plan for the future rather than focusing on past performance.
What activities play an important part in your life?
Besides work, I spend my time helping my husband on our farm and spending time with our two children. Now that our children have graduated from college, I hope to spend some time traveling throughout the U.S.
What makes you unique?
I spent 28 years in the client-facing tax department before moving to the CFO role in 2018.
What are some of your favorite things?
I love seafood, going for long walks down a country road and listening to country music.
