Adams Brown employees are my “clients,” and I strive to promote meaningful learning and training opportunities to further their personal and professional development. I love supporting young professionals as they work to earn their CPA certifications. Facilitating the LEAD Program is such a privilege as I get to journey with all participants as they grow in self-awareness and the challenge to “lead from the seat they’re in,” moving toward demonstrating level five leadership.
