What is my superpower? Well, with the given name Clark (Kent, or most likely Griswold!), my superpower is an overwhelming passion to build great 401(k) plans for business owners and their employees. No “Jelly of the Month Club bonuses allowed!”
I develop and maintain a benefit package to recruit and retain their superstars that they rely upon to bring success to their passion. One particular manufacturing client had a retirement plan in place with 12% participation rate, high turnover of employees and a “clock-in, clock-out culture.” My team and I instituted a 401(k) plan and through one-on-one meetings with the team, gained an 85% participation rate, turnover dropped in half and the culture has become a “favorite place to work.”
