Entrepreneur clients have ideas, but no way to implement them. I help them clarify, document the vision and establish the talent framework required to accomplish it.

We develop measurements of individual and corporate performance and monitor them weekly. Quarterly project goals that advance the vision are also documented and tracked. Progress toward the vision accomplishment is then achieved.
