Exceed expectations. Expectations in life are typically set low.
What type of books do you read?
I do a ton of reading about the retirement industry. It is changing fast and I love to see the different views on things.
What are you most proud of and why?
I have three adopted kids and am really involved involved in the community. I have tried to not make life all about me.
What is your favorite/least favorite word and why?
Can is my favorite and can't is my least favorite. One word gets things done and the other doesn't.
