"I am a Christian, husband and father of two young children. I love hunting, fishing, boating and the outdoors. You will usually find my family and I at deer camp or at the lake on the weekends."

What does above+beyond mean to you?
It means doing everything that we can to help our clients achieve our goals and not just the minimum required.
What does being a strategic ally mean to you?
It means being that trusted advisor for my clients to come to with any issues or ideas they have.
Do you have any specialized skills outside of work?
I am an ex fly fishing guide and a hunting enthusiast.
What type of books do you read?
I read a lot of different books. They are usually about positivity, culture and work habits or they are hunting books. I collect old first edition hunting book and have some form the 1800s.
What type of sports are you good at?
I played baseball, basketball, soccer and football most of my life and ended up focusing on baseball. I started on my high school team as an 8th grader and played until I blew my knee out in my senior year. We won the state championship my junior year. I am also a past championship sporting clay shooter.
