I am entrenched in technology. I’ve been fascinated with computers since I was a kid. I originally went to school to be a developer, where I learned to pay attention to detail and not assume anything when it came to problem-solving.

This attention to detail helps me find solutions that can help both the Adams Brown team and clients.

What does above + beyond mean to you?
above + beyond means putting the team first and helping them succeed. It means always looking for the best possible solution, anticipating obstacles and finding a way to navigate through them.
What are your some of your favorite things?
I love trying all types of food, and depending on my mood, I can be game for a dive or a 5-star restaurant. When it comes to music, I like all kinds of music from classical to country and everything in between. For reading, I enjoy fiction and my favorite author is Wilbur Smith. For self-improvement, I enjoy books that give insight such as "Leading without Authority" or "Multipliers."
What is/was your biggest life challenge?
Moving to another country, adopting to a new way of life and finding happiness in little accomplishments.
What is your favorite/least favorite word or phrase and why?
My least favorite phrase is “it can’t be done.” It reflects a defeatist attitude, and if you look hard enough you will always find a way to do it.
What is your passion outside of work?
Spending time with my wife and dog, cheering on Oklahoma State athletics and watching Detroit Redwings ice hockey.
