Adams Brown Recognized for Excellence in Client Service
ClearlyRated’s Best of Accounting award recognizes public accounting firms that have demonstrated exceptional service quality based exclusively on ratings provided by its clients through a third-party survey. In November 2022, Adams Brown asked clients to participate in a survey to gather feedback.
When asked how likely respondents would be to recommend Adams Brown to a friend or colleague, 76.2% responded with 9 or 10 out of 10, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 50% in 2022. In addition, the firm received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 67%, crushing the industry average of 39% in 2022.
