After a decade of teaching high school science, she transitioned to dentistry to help her husband run his practice. With over 20 years of experience, Dana has developed a passion for empowering dental teams to achieve their best. Her speaking journey began in 2006, sharing insights on Bettering Your Best with an international audience. Today, Dana inspires teams with her expertise in leadership, culture, and systems. A Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Managers and a member of the Academy of Dental Managers & Consultants, she was honored as SCN’s Spotlight on Speaking Winner in 2019. Dana is also a certified Five Voices of Leadership trainer, focusing on building strong leaders and fostering excellence within dental practices worldwide.
