“I strive to help business owners determine their goals, develop a plan, and then execute the plan. Turning passion into profit is critical to small business, and helping you focus on sustainable plans while optimizing tax strategies through entity choice and designed long-term planning and alignment is my top priority.”

Arlen Hamilton, CPA, began his career in public accounting in 2009.  His professional experience is vast and includes tenures with Spear’s Restaurant Group, The Boeing Company, The Hershey Company, Allen, Gibbs, & Houlik, LLP, and Cargill Corporation.  He joined the Adams, Brown, Beran & Ball team in 2020 after M&L CPAs Chartered merged with ABBB.

He focuses on providing tax planning and business consulting services to the medical, real estate, and retail industries as well as providing trust & estate services.  By concentrating on the accounting, finance, and tax aspects of his client’s lives and businesses, they have more time and energy to focus on their specialties and interests.

Having a love for all things tax and finance, Arlen knew early in his career that he wanted to work in business, focusing on the finance and accounting sector.  A strong desire to help others, particularly clients and coworkers, is a contributing factor to Arlen’s professional success.  He strives to live by his favorite Simon Sinek quote, “Authenticity is saying and doing what you believe.”

Arlen and his wife, Renee, enjoy living in Wichita, Kansas for its small-town feel and big-city opportunities.  His hobbies include spending time with his two grown children, walking, bicycling, shooting sports, and enjoying nature.
