The certified public accounting firm of Adams Brown is pleased to announce the promotion of Danielle Hollingshead, CPA, to principal.  In addition to her current role as principal in the audit department, Hollingshead oversees Adams Brown’s local government niche as the firm’s municipal industry leader.

Hollingshead began her career at Adams Brown in 2009 after earning bachelor’s degrees in both accounting and finance from Fort Hays State University.  Hollingshead’s involvement in the CPA profession and local government industry includes membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Kansas Society of CPAs (KSCPA) and Government Finance Officers Association.  As part of her involvement with the KSCPA, she sits on the board of directors for the Kansas Municipal Audit and Accounting Guide (KMAAG) and is a committee member for the KSCPA Governmental Nonprofit Accounting & Auditing Conference.  Danielle and her husband, Dereck, live in her hometown of Claflin, Kansas, with their three daughters, Haylee, Lynlee and Emerlee.
