Andy Bazzelle, CPA, Earns CCIFP Credential
Adams Brown has deepened its commitment to serving the construction industry by adding an additional level of expertise to its team. Andrew “Andy” Bazzelle, CPA, senior manager, has earned his Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) credential.
The CCIFP designation is endorsed by industry-leading organizations like ASA, CFMA, CICPAC, IRMI, NASBP, and others. It covers all financial aspects of the construction industry, including accounting, tax, insurance, bonding, and various other nuances. Of the nearly 1,200 CCIFPs in the U.S., 25 are in Kansas, and less than 10 are public accountants. With his credential, Adams Brown has three designated CCIFPs on its construction team.
Bazzelle earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Friends University and went on to earn a master’s degree in taxation at the University of Missouri – Kansas City. He stays involved in the public accounting and construction industries as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Kansas Society of CPAs (KSCPA), Missouri Society of CPAs (MOCPA), Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and Construction Industry CPAs and Consultants (CICPAC). Bazzelle resides in Olathe, Kansas with his wife and four children.
